WebTM (Web-based Tracking and Monitoring) helps manage activities / tasks accomplished by more than one individual at different stages of progress. The tasks may have different milestones, differing priority / importance, multiple stages, various employees involved. Parts of a task / activity can be carried out by an employee, and then passed on to the next suitable person – something like a "Virtual Assembly Line" – to follow up on. At any point, an ad-hoc query can be created and executed – and stored for later execution too – to find out the latest status of all the tasks: open, blocked, resolved, closed. It gives a clear top-level view, along with the option to drill down, of where the various tasks with their different attributes are at any point of time.
