What is SysExpertez?
SysExpertez helps an IT System Manager / Administrator manage the resources / assets within a Microsoft Windows network domain. It automates and simplifies the repetitive, error-prone and time-consuming tasks to provide accurate results quickly and easily. For example, it helps add or delete users and user groups within the network, as well as set their respective privileges from a single point of control. Editing user and user group information, such as user profile renaming, password reset, assigning users to different groups etc. are made really easy. In a simple couple of steps from the Admin’s own PC, the detailed hardware information (such as CPU manufacturer / type / model, motherboard, RAM, HDD, NIC, display and sound, wireless capabilities etc.) can be collected for any / all the PCs within the domain. For software audit purposes, it’s a snap to find the installed software details – including the OS information – for any PC on the network. SysExpertez also helps locate the PCs, users and groups through a flexible search / query based on specified attributes, e.g., locating all PCs with 512MB or less RAM, or all PCs running Windows XP. All the collected information can be presented in the form of customizable reports on computers, users and groups based on the options selected by the Admin. These reports can be printed or saved in XML format, or exported to other formats, such as Excel and PDF.

Different Editions
Basic: The Basic edition of the product is meant to be used in small organizations – with 20 or less users and PCs – and with a set of basic capabilities that serve the purpose, but doesn’t cover some of the more advanced functionalities requried in bigger and more complex networks. The Basic edition is available for FREE to any organization.
Standard: The Standard edition is for organizations running a little bigger networks – with up to 50 users and PCs – as well as needing some of the advanced functionalities, especially in terms of search and reporting.
Professional: The Professional (in short Pro) edition adds more functionalities on top of the Standard edition, and covers networks with up to 100 users and PCs. The advanced functionalities include support for Organizational Units (OU), backend database, software categories, monitoring & reporting of software of various categories (such as detection of unwanted / prohibited software installs within the network), hardware & software history etc.
Premium: The Premium edition is already in the works and is expected to be released within 2010. This edition will support any number of PCs and users within the network as well as add more functionalities.
