The following features of .MORE are currently functional and ready for use:

Employee Management System (EMS): Manages entire list and hierarchy of employees in an organization – including multiple locations – along with all relevant information about each employee.

Attendance Management System (AMS): For employees to sign in and out as proof of attendance. It also records interim breaks during the day to help direct calls / visitors / queries for them to other suitable employees. AMS and LMS can be integrated to detect and flag any unreported absence.

Leave Management System (LMS): Enables the employees to check their leave status (of all kinds) and apply for leave of certain type, which automatically gets routed to the applicant's approving manager, who has the authority to approve / decline it. The application and approval / rejection are notified by e-mail. It can support any typical organization’s own leave policy (such as types of leave, number of days, off days in a week, declared holidays, carry forward, cashing leaves etc.). It also helps a manager see the team’s leave pattern, clustering of leave requests on the same day, delegation of authority etc.
