Take I-405 South towards Bellevue / Renton. At exit 13B, take ramp right and follow signs for NE 8th St East. Bear right onto NE 8th St. Turn right onto 116th Ave NE. Turn right into the Lincoln Center Office Park (just after Coast Hotel). Go straight inside the complex. 515 116th Ave NE is the last building on the left.

Coming from South to Bellevue

Take I-405 North towards Bellevue / Everett. At exit 13A, take ramp right and follow signs for N.E. 4th St. (Hospital). Turn right onto NE 4th St. Turn left onto 116th Ave NE. From Seattle / Redmond via SR-520

From SR-520 take I-405 South. Follow the direction for "Coming South to Bellevue" above.

From from Seattle / Issaquah via I-90

From I-90 take I-405 North. Follow the direction for "Coming North to Bellevue" above.
